"We enjoyed every minute of our stay at 11 Derwent Yard in London and, without doubt wouldn't hesitate to book with Wright Apartments again. Customer service, attention to detail and the apartment itself were all second to none. Superb! Having made an initial e-mail enquiry, I was made to feel that every aspect of my booking was important and I received personal service throughout. Everything possible was done to ensure my party, which consisted of people travelling from Devon and Somerset in the UK and also from Melbourne, Australia, was made to feel special, and valued. Everything you need can be obtained within a few minutes walk of the apartment and, when it comes to enjoying an evening out, either hop on an E2 bus into Ealing Broadway or simply turn left on leaving the apartment to visit The Plough; a traditional pub serving excellent food and an amazing range of drinks. In conclusion, the location and the apartment itself are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wright Apartments. Book with confidence! The actual apartment provides everything needed, and more besides, to make it a real home from home. No one could possibly regret booking this apartment which provides an ideal base for exploring being located within 40 minutes tube journey to Piccadilly Circus and bus routes immediately outside the door."

"Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the Elm Park Gardens apartment. The apartment was extremely well appointed, pristinely clean and the wonderful outlook over the park was a real bonus. Added to that was the convenience of the location, the handy M&S and Sainsburys within a minute's walk and even a postbox just around the corner. The proximity of the Fulham Road and Kings Road made it easy to explore as well as access transport links, yet the apartment's location itself is a tranquil green oasis away from all the hustle and bustle. I would also like to express how impressed we were with your service at Wright Apartments, how especially helpful it was to be shown how to operate all the appliances when you first showed us around. It was also very reassuring to be contacted by the owner midway through our stay to ask if all was satisfactory. We feel you offer an exemplary personal service and were very easy to contact when we needed to extend our stay. I will not hesitate in recommending you to all our friends and family on both sides of the Atlantic."

"We would have no hesitation in saying that the Holland Park House is amongst the best properties we have ever stayed in among a list which would cover many of the major cities in western Europe. The welcome was delightful, the large vase of fresh flowers a lovely touch and all in all an excellent property - warm, cosy and comfortable with plenty of space. It's in a great position, ideally between the small shops of Holland Park Avenue and the large stores of High Street, Ken, with good restaurants all round. Transport is very easy with handy Tube & bus stations/stops. 5***** all round."

Westfield Holiday House

Ealing, W13

This fantastic family friendly holiday home is located on Westfield Road in Ealing, West London.  It is an Edwardian larger than average end of terrace 2 bedroom/2 reception room house that can accommodate up to six people plus baby cots.  West Ealing was originally an area of predominantly market gardens and orchards and there is an old fruit packing warehouse on the corner of Northfield Road and Northcroft Road, which is still standing (about 7/8 mins walk from the house).   Northfield underground station, which is on the Piccadilly Line is about a 10 minute walk along Northfield Avenue where all the grocery shops, an excellent butchers, bakers, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars can be found.  West Ealing mainline station is a 10 minute walk in the other direction and buses to Ealing Broadway and Central London can be taken on Northfield Avenue.

The house has been tastefully furnished in a simple and elegant style that reflects the age of the property whilst maintaining many original features.  The rooms are a decent size and the ceilings  high which is uncharacteristic of this type of Edwardian worker's cottage.

The sitting room is a pleasant bay fronted room with a lovely large leather sofabed which can accommodate up to two people comfortably.  For entertainment there is a 32" LCD flatscreen TV with multi-channels and a DVD player.

The fully fitted modern kitchen/diner is a lovely light area with an open style kitchenette overlooking the garden.  In the diner area is a mahogany gateleg table with six padded dining chairs.  Fixed to the wall above the dining table is a 24" flat screen TV with multi-channels. There is a small downstairs WC off this room and a glass door leading to the patio garden.

The good size master bedroom, which has a king size bed overlooks the front of the house. This room is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small desk which can accommodate a laptop.  There is also plenty of space for a travel cot.  (Two travel cots are provided).  The second bedroom, which overlooks the back garden has trundle beds which can be made as either twin beds or zipped up to form a double bed.  There is a fitted pine cupboard which can be used as a wardrobe, wall shelving and a small chest of drawers (which are sometimes hidden in the cupboard!).  Again there is ample space in this room to accommodate a cot.  The tiled bathroom has a bathtub and power shower together with a combined illuminated mirror and shaving socket, plus plenty of towels.  There is a small front garden and a patio garden to the rear. Garden furniture is provided for al-fresco dining on the patio.

The garage is hardly ever used because there is ample street parking outside the house to the front and side. The garage can be used for parking however it is only 7'4" at its narrowest point and approximately 9' wide.
