"We enjoyed every minute of our stay at 11 Derwent Yard in London and, without doubt wouldn't hesitate to book with Wright Apartments again. Customer service, attention to detail and the apartment itself were all second to none. Superb! Having made an initial e-mail enquiry, I was made to feel that every aspect of my booking was important and I received personal service throughout. Everything possible was done to ensure my party, which consisted of people travelling from Devon and Somerset in the UK and also from Melbourne, Australia, was made to feel special, and valued. Everything you need can be obtained within a few minutes walk of the apartment and, when it comes to enjoying an evening out, either hop on an E2 bus into Ealing Broadway or simply turn left on leaving the apartment to visit The Plough; a traditional pub serving excellent food and an amazing range of drinks. In conclusion, the location and the apartment itself are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wright Apartments. Book with confidence! The actual apartment provides everything needed, and more besides, to make it a real home from home. No one could possibly regret booking this apartment which provides an ideal base for exploring being located within 40 minutes tube journey to Piccadilly Circus and bus routes immediately outside the door."

"I had a wonderful stay at Elm Park Gardens in London. The flat was spacious, well decorated and spotless. Everything needed to make this into a 'home from home' was supplied and the building and location are very secure. Also, as the bedroom is at the back with a lovely outlook over the very spacious gardens, it is very quiet and I had a wonderful stay. The owner met me and provided all instructions needed for appliances etc. as well as directions to the nearest tube stations - I actually found Gloucester Road easier than South Kensington, and it is a very pleasant short walk. The location is very central with Kings Road and Sloane Square also a walkable distance. For 'just around the corner' there are several breakfast places, an M& S Simply Food as well as a Sainsbury, and also - bonus - a large Daunt's bookstore. I would certainly recommend this flat and will be hoping to stay there again."

Shepherds Bush Cottage

The Shepherds Bush Cottage has recently undergone a major renovation programme and the end result is a beautiful two bedroom property offering first class accommodation and facilities.

The cottage is located mid-way along a row of terraced Grade II listed Georgian cottages in a quiet residential street in the heart of Shepherds Bush, home to the Shepherds Bush Empire fringe theatre and concert hall and of course the world famous BBC. The brand new Westfield London Shopping Centre, two minutes walk away is now open and boasts over 50 restaurants and cafes, shops including Gucci, Omega, Tiffany, Dior, Lalique - too many top designer stores to name. Shepherds Bush has excellent public transport links to whisk you around the capital including over 22 bus routes to Oxford Street, South Kensington and Trafalgar Square to name just a few. Shepherds Bush has two underground stations - the Central Line which is two minutes walk and the Hammersmith and City Line which is less than five minutes walk away. A new overground station has been introduced providing trains services to Gatwick Airport and Brighton on the south coast. A feast of restaurants, bars, cafes and pubs are within walking distance so too are plenty of supermarkets catering for all grocery needs. The Bush cinema complex and colourful market are also nearby. Fashionable Holland Park and Portobello Road market are just a short distance away and High Street Kensington is a 20 minute walk away through Holland Park.

The quaint front garden with flowers and shrubs greets you upon arrival and on entering the cottage you cannot help but be impressed by the spacious and bright open-plan contemporary style sitting room and dining area and the very high standard of furnishings and decor throughout. The sitting room has two large comfortable sofas, feature fireplace, upright piano and TV with multi-channels. The dining area offers seating for five people around a rectangular glass dining table. Just off the dining area is the large and very well equipped new kitchen and a charming conservatory area with pine table and chairs. Glass French doors lead you to the back garden with plenty of plants and shrubs plus an additional outside WC.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen size pocket sprung bed and the second bedroom has two single beds - both with wardrobe space. The newly fitted bathroom, which is fully tiled in white and blue is complete with both bath and overhead shower as well as basin and WC.

In 2009 the Shepherds Bush Cottage was awarded 4 STARS for high quality self-catering accommodation by Visit Britain and Enjoy England.

Prices includes all utilities and wireless internet access but exclude a £60.00 end of stay cleaning charge. Additional maid service can be arranged locally. (A £25.00 charge will be applied in the event of loss of house keys). Telephone calls are charged at 10 pence per unit.
