A unique and stylish one bedroom garden apartment in a quiet residential street just off Porchester Road, located very close to Bayswater, Queensway and Royal Oak tube stations. Notting Hill and Portobello Market are both within easy reach of this apartment. Very accessible from Heathrow Airport on the Heathrow Express into nearby Paddington Station. Supermarkets and food stores of all descriptions, shops, bars, restaurants, cafés and pubs are all in abundance and within walking distance.

This unusually large lower ground floor apartment has just been refurbished to a very high standard. Decorated in a traditional style with a mix of modern features it is a definite 'home from home'. Once inside the inviting entrance hallway there is large double bedroom with masses of built-in wardrobe space and a flat screen TV, a bright newly fitted tiled bathroom with bath and overhead power shower, spacious sitting/dining room with double sofabed and French doors leading to a split-level mature garden with table and chairs. There is also a fully fitted large modern kitchen/diner and back door also leading to the garden.  The apartment is ideal for a couple, three adults or a family of two adults and one or two children. 

The prices are £98.00 per night or £686.00 per week and include all utilities but exclude a £50.00 end of stay cleaning charge.   Prices are based on two people with an additional one-off charge of £10.00 for a third adult or one or two children, regardless of the length of stay.  Telephone calls are charged at 10 pence per unit.
