This is an extremely elegant and beautifully proportioned mansion apartment situated on the top floor of an imposing building in De Vere Gardens, adjacent to Kensington Palace, just off Kensington High Street.Kensington High Street underground station is just minutes away on foot so too are numerous designer shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and of course the famous Kensington Palace and Gardens just across the street.
A perfect setting for this traditionally styled apartment with its antique furnishings and beautiful paintings. The sitting room is very spacious, full of natural light and character and features a gas log fire. A dining room, equally spacious is perfect for formal and informal dining. The kitchen, which is very well equipped with a dishwasher and microwave oven as well as all the standard features you would expect to find in a superior holiday apartment leads to a family size breakfast room. There is also a laundry area housing a washing machine and separate dryer.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and en suite marble bathroom. One of the two other twin bedrooms has it's own marble bathroom. There is a third bathroom with an efficient power shower.
It must be stressed that as this apartment features expensive antiques and delicate furnishings any breakages and/or damage might well incur hefty charges. It is for this reason that children under the age of ten are regrettably not permitted to stay in this apartment.
Price includes all utilities and a once a week maid service with linen change.
