London Properties
On all bookings a deposit of 25% is required upon confirmation with the remaining balance due 28 days prior to arrival. Should the arrival date be less than 28 days from the booking date, full payment is required. Upon arrival most properties will require a credit card imprint for a security deposit, this is to cover the cost of telephone calls/laundry charges if applicable and also any damages/dilapidations that may occur.
Dublin Properties

Florence Properties
On all bookings a deposit of 22% is required upon confirmation with the remaining balance due on arrival in Florence. As well as the balance payment upon arrival most properties will require a credit card imprint for a security deposit, this is to cover the cost of telephone calls/laundry charges if applicable and also any damages/dilapidations that may occur.
Methods of Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Delta. A 2.5% surcharge will be levied for bookings made by credit card. American Express cards are accepted with a 3.0% surcharge applied.
Payments can be made by Bank Transfer/Wire - Bank details are available on request. The monies should be net of all bank charges when they reach our account.
Cancellation
Cancellation policies can vary from property to property. Please check the specific terms that apply at the time of booking. In most cases however if cancellation occurs before the full payment has been collected, the amount is refunded less a £50.00 administration charge. Should cancellation occur within 28 days of arrival, refund is normally subject to re-letting of the property for the said period.
Liability
Wright Apartments acts solely as an agent and not as a principal for the apartments. We cannot be held liable or accept any responsibility for any dissatisfaction that you may have with the apartments.
Currencies
All rates shown on the website are in local currencies. At the time of booking we will advise you of the equivalent price in Sterling, based upon the exchange on that particular day.
