This super one bedroom apartment is situated in Bayswater within a few minutes walk to Paddington Station and Whiteleys Shopping Centre in Queensway.  This part of London is very cosmopolitan and has a large variety of bars, restaurants and shops.  A 15 minute walk to the famous Portobello Road Market passing all the designer shops of Westbourne Grove and Ledbury Road.  Nearby tubes include Paddington and Royal Oak just 5-6 minutes walk, Bayswater 8 minutes and Queensway 10 minutes walk.

The apartment which covers an area of 58 m2 plus mezzanine is on the ground floor of a well maintained building and has been refurbished to a very high standard indeed.  All furnishings and features are brand new and the property offers an open plan fully fitted kitchen with all the electrical appliances, a good size living room with a double sofa bed and 55 inch Smart TV, 4m high ceilings and access by ladder to a glass partioned mezzanine area with a double sofa and writing table.  (This room is only 1.4m high so not suitable for children due to the fairly steep ladder).  The bedroom is situated at the back of the apartment so quiet and has a queen size bed and plenty of storage.  The en-suite shower room/wet room is modern and bright.

There is access to a communal terrace from the back of the building from the communal hallway.  A lovely property in a super location.
