This delightful and well appointed first floor two bedroom/two bathroom apartment is located just off Belgrave Place in Belgravia, one of London’s most fashionable residential districts. Chesham Street runs parallel with Sloane Street and it is equidistant between Knightsbridge and Sloane Square tube stations. The apartment has the luxury of being situated in a quiet central spot yet close to all major sights and attractions, museums, nightlife, theatres etc. plus many cafes, bars, restaurants, pubs and food shops are all within walking distance. The Royal Court Theatre which is noted for its contributions to modern theatre is just a short walk away. A perfect London location !

The apartment is situated is on the first floor of a modern building and one of the many benefits it has to offer is the services of a daytime Porter who ‘meets and greets’ you on arrival (daytime only) and escorts you to the apartment. The spacious and airy living room offers a large comfortable sofa and two arm chairs as well as a flat screen digital TV perched on book shelves laden with a large selection of various books, travel guides and magazines. There is also a DVD player, radio with CD player and a telephone. The dining room, which seats up to six people is ideally placed between the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with two electric ovens, ceramic hobs, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker and a small marble breakfast table.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dressing table and masses of wardrobe space. Bedroom 2 has trundle beds – single or twin and again plenty of wardrobe space plus a handy writing desk. Attractive en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin. The good size main bathroom which is off the hallway and fully tiled with marble tops has a bath tub with overhead shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
